Ingredients to make a Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 Tbsp of your favourite collagen or plant based protein powder 
  • 1 tsp nut butter 
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk and a splash of water



      Directions to make a Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

      • Freeze your blueberries and banana the night before
      • Add all your tasty ingredients into your 400ml Vitamer
      • Blend together until you reach a smooth consistency
      • Pour into a glass
