Ingredients to Make a Powerful Detox Smoothie

A bonus about this smoothie is that you probably have most of the ingredients in your fridge. Here are our chosen ingredients:

  • Coconut water (or orange juice)
  • Pineapple bits
  • Kiwi slices
  • Celery slices
  • Lime (or lime juice)
  • A few mint leaves
  • Dash of ginger

A few additional extras for you to consider to add or swop:

  • Apple cubes
  • Cucumber bits

Directions to Make a Powerful Detox Smoothie

  • Grab your Vitamer and open the lid;
  • Fill your Vitamer with your ingredients:
    • An ice block or two
    • A few pineapple bits

    • Two celery stick sliced
    • A tablespoon of lime juice
    • 3 mint leaves
