Ingredients to make a Boosting Immunity Booster Juice or Smoothie

Boost your immunity with a juice:

  • Oranges or clementines
  • Carrot slices
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh turmeric
  • Apricot (remove pip)
  • Honey
  • Maldon Salt
  • Ice

A few additional extras for you to consider when making smoothie:

  • Banana slices
  • Plain yogurt
