Protein Blender Waffles

Sometimes we all need a healthy breakfast option or an afternoon snack. 

Ingredients to make your protein blender waffles:

  • 1/4 cup oat flour

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup @buttanuttspreads oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp @buttanuttspreads almond butter
  • 1 tbsp @naturesnutritionsa choc protein powder
  • 1-3 tbsp water if needed


Directions to make your protein blender waffles:

  • Blend up all the ingredients until you make a thick batter.

  • It might be necessary to mix it up with a spoon to make sure you’ve got all the flour mixed in.

  • Heat your waffle pan, scoop in a decent amount, press down, cook and voila!

  • Top with more nut butter, maple syrup and fresh berries!
