Ingredients to make Red Pepper Butterbean Hummus

To make this delicious hummus you will need a few things:
  • Half a can of butter beans 
  • 2 roasted and peeled peppers
  • Handful raw walnuts
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • Splash of water
  • Squeeze of lemon

    Directions to make Red Pepper Butterbean Hummus

    • Pulse the above ingredients in your Vitamer until smooth but still textured. It takes a few pulses; add more water or oil for a smoother texture and less for a chunkier dip.

    *This recipe will work perfectly with a 350ml, 380ml, 400ml and 500ml Vitamer. A 400ml Vitamer was used to make this recipe. Please note that quantities may change depending on your model.
