Salted Caramel Cashew Milk

Ingredients to Make Salted Caramel Cashew Milk

To make this delicious salted caramel cashew milk you will need a few things:
  • 200g raw cashews
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 2 medjool dates
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions to Make Salted Caramel Cashew Milk

  • Soak the nuts overnight;
  • Drain;
  • Add the soaked nuts, filtered water, dates and salt to your Vitamer;
  • Blend until smooth;
  • Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth;
  • Refrigerate in a sealed jar or bottle for up to 3 days.
