- 200g raw cashews
- 1.5 cups filtered water
- 2 medjool dates
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions to Make Salted Caramel Cashew Milk
- Soak the nuts overnight;
- Add the soaked nuts, filtered water, dates and salt to your Vitamer;
- Blend until smooth;
- Strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth;
- Refrigerate in a sealed jar or bottle for up to 3 days.
