Refund Policy

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

 

Please Note

  • All Vitamer motors have a one year warranty.

  • Water damage to your Vitamer motor will not be covered by your Vitamer warranty.

  • Please ensure that you have viewed our user guide linked below before requesting a refund/exchange/return:

  • Vitamer reserves the right not to offer a refund/exchange/return if the refund/exchange/return request does not meet the below requirements.

  • Only authentic Vitamer products are sold through our store. We will not refund/exchange or accept returns of any Vitamer imitation products purchased through other online stores, websites and/or physical stores.

  • The refunding/exchanging/returning Vitamer must be packed, in its original packaging with all accessories (lid, bottle/glass cup, motor, charger) in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible so that it can travel safely back to us. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, then we simply cannot give you a refund/exchange/return. It is your responsibility to package the item correctly.

 

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Vitamer, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will test your Vitamer for claimed faults to aid our decision regarding a refund. If approved, you will be offered a refund.

  • If refunded, please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • Refunds will only be considered for Vitamer's that are assessed and found to be faulty, as well as being within the motors one year warranty.

  • We will not refund Vitamer's that have been used, unless they are found to be faulty after assessment by our team.

 

Exchanges

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Vitamer, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be offered an exchange.
  • We will not exchange Vitamer's that have been used.

 

Returns

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Vitamer, and let you know if the return was approved or not. We will test your Vitamer for claimed faults to aid our decision regarding the return. If approved, you will be offered a warranty replacement.

  • All Vitamer motors have a one year warranty.

  • If we no longer have your Vitamer in stock, you will be offered a refund or exchange.

    • Please package your Vitamer with the charging cable securely in a box so that it does not get damaged in transit to us. Please send the tracking number to us so that we can track your Vitamer.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to a refund/exchange/return.
